How do I place an Order?

To place an order, you look through and see what product you like and then you can click add to cart, once adding all your items to your cart, you click the cart icon on the top right and you can then proceed to check out, then provide the correct information to then get your order delivered.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you wish to cancel a purchase, you can email us at info@xcessories.store to let us know that you wish to cancel your purchase, all you have to do is state the reason and proof of purchase. *Please note that once your order has shipped you can no longer cancel or change your order*

Do I Need An Account To Place An Order?

No, you do not need to an account to place an order however it is recommended.

How Do I Track My Order?

In order to track your order, you can go to your account and track your order there, if you placed an order without account, we would provide you with a tracking number with your purchase in order to track your order. Otherwise, you can also go to the track & trace or track order on the top of the page and provide your tracking number.

How Can I Return a Product?

We do provide returns for a product within 14 days after the day of the deliver, if you wish to return all you have to do is contact us stating the reason for the return and a proof of receipt. *Please note that if that 14 days window has passed you will not be eligible for a return* for more information please read our return & refund policy
